These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&C") govern the entire relationship between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and bet734 (hereinafter "bet734", "we", "us" or "our") with respect to your use of the bet734 website located at https://bet734.cam and all associated services, products, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity or beneficial owner.
• You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited, unlicensed or restricted under applicable law.
• You have not previously been subject to self-exclusion, account closure for fraud or abuse, or been identified as a problem gambler on any other platform in circumstances that would extend to this Platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are not a director, employee, agent, consultant or immediate family member of a director, employee, agent or consultant of bet734 or any affiliated entity, unless explicit prior written consent has been obtained.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. If bet734 identifies multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices or IP addresses — all duplicate Accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited and winnings voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bet734 will treat any action taken using your credentials as your own action, regardless of who actually performed it, unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access.

bet734 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. bet734 does not accept deposits from third parties, whether individuals or corporate entities. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended.

Familiar payment methods referenced in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed on the Platform for contextual familiarity only. Their availability in the live cashier at any given time is subject to the provider's own policies, your location, applicable Pakistani financial regulations and bet734's current cashier configuration. bet734 does not represent that any specific payment method is guaranteed to be available.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal limits. bet734 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

bet734 reserves the right to deduct applicable fees, taxes or charges from withdrawal amounts where required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or internal policy. Users are responsible for any personal tax obligations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

bet734 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional benefits from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following standard conditions, as well as any additional terms published alongside each specific offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single stake is subject to a cap as stated in the relevant promotion. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward completing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The full contribution table is published in the bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus play. This cap is stated per offer.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most deposit-match bonuses require a minimum deposit to activate the offer. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the promotional bonus.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement.
• In the event of a technical error in the display of odds or game outcomes, bet734 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of bet734 or its odds-feed provider.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC World Cup and bilateral Test series — are governed by sport-specific rules published within the betting platform's help section.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at bet734's discretion.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published RTP values are theoretical averages over long play periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for profit.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information use or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bet734 staff, agents or other users.
• Charging back or reversing deposits after associated winnings have been withdrawn.

bet734 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to all registered Accounts. These procedures may include, without limitation:

• Verification of government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence).
• Verification of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Verification of the source of deposit funds, including bank statements or payment provider transaction history.
• Enhanced due diligence for large deposits, large withdrawals or unusual betting patterns.
• Ongoing transaction monitoring throughout the Account's lifetime.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bet734 may result in the Account being restricted from withdrawals or suspended pending review. bet734 will not process withdrawals until all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, data compilations and game content — is the property of bet734 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or redistributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting source code from Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Using bet734 trademarks, logos or brand assets without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet734 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Temporary unavailability or technical interruption of the Platform.
• Errors in odds display or game results attributable to third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any regulatory action taken against you in your jurisdiction for use of the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

bet734 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the request of a responsible gambling authority or self-exclusion programme.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonuses, void bets and applicable charges will be returned to the User via an available payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon Account closure for breach.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bet734 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

bet734 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, we will also notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet734 holds its primary operating licence. bet734 does not represent that this Agreement is governed by Pakistani law and does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact bet734 customer support in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the operator's licensing jurisdiction, where applicable.
